For the bride and groom with an abbreviated engagement, or who have already begun to create their perfect day. Standard service time begins 6 months prior to the wedding day. Initial meeting to answer questions, set priorities and timeline for remaining To Do’s. This includes
-Going over every detail of the wedding, your vision, what you want and do not want. Lets plan it so you will love every moment of your big day.
-Assistance to set remaining appointments -This is a busy time in the planning process; invitations, tux rentals, stylist appointments, honeymoon arrangements (and the list goes on), you will want helpful reminders to guide you so nothing is forgotten. Your planner will attend any vendor meetings possible.
- Referrals for any vendors still needed. Do you want to add on a food truck for late night snacks? Arrange for flowers to be donated at the end of the night? Make a reservation for your bridal luncheon the day before the wedding? Just tell us what you have in mind and we will gladly provide our professional recommendations and assistance.
-Remaining timeframe will dictate number of meetings and frequency.
-Unlimited phone calls, text & e-mail communication -Setup timeline/itinerary for wedding week -Final vendor check-in, go over contract details & wedding day schedule-Final venue walk-through-Manage & run rehearsal (2 hrs)-Wedding Day ‘What If’ Kit-Prepared to handle any snag, stain or headache
Wedding day coordination- Conducted by your wedding planner plus an assistant-Oversee setup at ceremony & reception site -Liaison for vendors -Assist bride, family & wedding party -Conduct entire wedding day schedule-Organize & manage clean up & tear down. (10hrs day-of)
