Many women have been dreaming about their wedding days since childhood. I, on the other hand, was the one dreaming about PLANNING those weddings. When I was twelve, I helped my oldest sister plan her wedding (along with a little assistance from our mother, of course), and from that point on, I knew exactly what I was being called to do. I knew that my passion and excitement would ensure this would never feel like a "job". It seems that what they say is true. “Do what you love, and you’ll never work another day in your life".

My name is Abby Church (fitting for a wedding planner, no?), and I’m a Kansas City based, Certified Event Planner. My first priority is providing each and every one of my clients caring service, focusing on creativity, integrity and enthusiasm. I have been actively involved in the wedding and event industry for over 14 years, and I’m so grateful to have caught the attention of so many wonderful brides and grooms throughout the Kansas City Metro area.

I love working with couples whose highest priority is the people standing next to them on the altar, and the loved ones who are there to support and celebrate with them. All the details of a wedding day, from the flowers to the dress to the cake, are so much fun! But when everything is said and done, what matters most are the people. The story. The love and commitment of marriage. 

When I'm not making timelines or scheduling vendor meet & greets, you'll most likely find me with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in hand, playing with our sweet baby girls Everleigh and Charlotte, or cooking dinner with Mr. Church. And when I need a break from technology, I love to refinish furniture, do crossword puzzles and go to the gym.
